Building on a previous lesson on Exegesis (versus Eisegesis), this second lesson addresses Hermeneutics as it closely relates to Exegesis – almost two sides of the same coin.

Whereas Exegesis seems to emphasize on the meaning of the Biblical text “then and there,” Hermeneutics builds on that original intent of the author to skillfully apply the principles for the “here and now.”

I pray this takes us closer to becoming students who are able to handle God’s Word correctly.
